Socio-Economic Development Services (Interest Free)


1.

Rural social service activities

* Organizes poor people in rural areas

     mainstreaming of development;

* Raising awareness, motivation and skills

     Providing training for development purposes;

* Providing micro-loans from 5 thousand to 30 thousand taka;

* Increasing savings to build own capital of targeted individuals.


Assistant resident of the selected village, who:-

* Social service through social survey

Listed in the Department of Social Services

Action Task Force Member/Members;

* For availing interest free micro loans and other services

(a) Average annual family income up to Rs.50000/-

(b) Average annual family income between Rs.5000/- to Rs.60000/- (Poor)

(c) Average annual family income above Rs.6000/- (Above Rich/Poverty Line)

Proper procedure in prescribed form

After applying as follows:-

* 1st time taking loan (investment).

     Within 1 month after application for;

* 2nd/3rd Phase Loan (Reinvestment)

    20 of application for admission

     during the day

Rural Martyr Center Activities

* Organizes poor women in rural areas

    mainstreaming of development;

* Assistance in creating planned families;

* Implementation of National Population Program;

* Awareness raising, motivation and skill development;

* Providing micro-loans from 5 thousand to 30 thousand taka;

* To increase savings by organizing targeted women

     Capital formation through


 Assistant resident of the selected village, who:-

* Social service through social survey

    Members of Rural Martyrs' Centers listed in the Department and

* For availing interest free loans and other services

     The poorest women in category 'A' and 'B' whose per capita

     Annual family income is maximum 60 thousand taka;

* 'C' for availing services other than interest free loans


    Category women whose per capita annual household

    Income above 60 thousand rupees.

Proper procedure in prescribed form

After applying as follows:-

* 1st time taking loan (investment).

    Within 1 month after application for;

* 2nd/3rd Phase Loan (Reinvestment)

   Application for admission Within 20 days.

Upazila Social Service Office and Martyr Centers supported in Palsni area.


3.

Rehabilitation activities for acid burns and disabled persons

* Small loan of 5 thousand to 20 thousand taka

 * Acid burn women and physically challenged people

    Whose annual income is 60,000/-(sixty thousand) Below Rs.


* 1st time taking loan (investment).

    Within 1 month after application for;

* 2nd/3rd Phase Loan (Reinvestment) েWithin 20 days of application for acceptance.
